All returns must have a valid returns authorization number given by a member of staff from Drawn to Ink. This will speed up the returns process and avoid errors.
The refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the item is received and inspected.
(Customers within the EU) You will have the option to withdraw your order for goods before they are shipped and also within 14 working days of the goods being received. In order for you to do this we do require you to send notice in writing (by email, or letter) within 14 working days of receipt. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number and the goods can then be returned at your cost, complete in original packaging. The only circumstances in which you cannot withdraw your order is where you have used, altered or damaged the goods which you have already received.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised items.
All orders are shipped from our UK or EU warehouses within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, except for UK public holidays.
Shipping costs will be calculated upon check out and determined by the amount and type of products in your cart. Costs are based on the guidelines set out by Royal Mail.
Packaging is included in shipping costs.
We ship worldwide, with costs and delivery times varying by country. For international orders we use Royal Mail's standard air mail delivery service. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon your country's postal service and customs processing.
You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.
Though uncommon, items do occasionally get lost in the post. If you think your order may be lost and have already checked with your local sorting office, then please get in touch with us and we will look in to it for you.
